Forgiveness
In the "Apostle's Creed" we believe in the "forgiveness of sins", in the "Our Father" we pray "forgive us our trespasses" and in the "Hail Mary" we say "pray for us sinners". We all make mistakes, but as we meditate today especially on the Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary, we look to the image of Jesus nailed to the cross with His arms open wide to love us.

Nourish the soul during Lent
During Lent many of us will fast from certain foods or perform other acts of penance. While we are fasting on some things that the world has to offer, we can still feast on Sacred Scripture found in the Bible. All of the mysteries of the Rosary and the prayers "Our Father" and "Hail Mary" are found in the Bible. By praying the Rosary and reading the Bible we can feast and nourish the soul.
