Quote by Pope John Paul II

"Mary constantly sets before the faithful the 'mysteries' of her Son, with the desire that the contemplation of those mysteries will release all saving power. In the recitation of the Rosary, the Christian community enters into contact with the memories and the contemplative gaze of Mary." Pope John Paul II

The Crowning with Thorns

As we meditate on the 3rd Sorrowful Mystery of the Rosary, the Crowning with Thorns, we can only try to fully realize how much Jesus loves us and how much He willingly suffered for us. We can only begin to appreciate, in a limited way how much Jesus endured for us in the Crowning with Thorns. If we have a headache, it is painful, but it doesn't even begin to compare, to realize the fullness of His sacrifice for us in the Crowning with Thorns
